We ensure that you are made aware of all of the options available to you, so that you make an informed choice. We highlight the advantages & disadvantages of each option in relation to your project. CONSULTANCY
We meet with you to discuss your requirements and to determine which heating solution is the best fit for you. We will establish which heating source is best i.e. Heat Pump (Geothermal/Air Source) or Condensing Boiler. We also consider if you would like to have underfloor heating or aluminium radiators or a combination of both. We will talk you through the pros and cons of each option available to ensure that you get the right system for you.
DESIGN
We will design the complete heating system to match your needs exactly. We will size the Heat Pump/Condensing Boiler taking into consideration the level of insulation, the type of windows, hot water requirements, orientation of the building etc. We will design every detail of the system including the layout of the underfloor heating piping to ensure maximum efficiency.
INSTALLATION
We will schedule a site meeting to organise the installation process and to liaise with all of the relevant people in relation to the work. A team of skilled installers will complete the installation. Pressure testing will be completed to ensure the validity of the system.
COMMISSIONING
The complete system is checked by engineers to ensure that each component is operating as per the manufacturer's specification and that it is all working together effectively, as designed. Once the engineers sign the commissioning reports, they provide a demonstration of the system to the client and show them how to use the controls to optimise its use.
SUPPORT
We provide continued support to our customers to ensure that they are happy with the operation of their system. We service everything that we sell and we are happy to supply and fit any necessary replacement components.
